Livgas’s charges are 100% transparent. There is no call-out charge. Our customers are not charged for parking, or travelling time either to the job or the merchants. There are no other hidden charges.

Hourly Rates 

There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged per 15 minute intervals. All rates exclude the cost of materials.  VAT is inclusive at 20%. If further work is required, the initial 1st hour is paid and taken off the full charge which will be agreed with the customer in advance.

Special Prices For Over 70s

We understand how hard it can be to afford to heat your home, especially as energy prices are increasing. That's why we offer reduced pricing for the Over 70's, discounting by 20% on our gas fire and boiler servicing.  If we are servicing your Boiler or Fire, we will also carry out a FREE SAFETY CHECK on any other gas appliances in your home, and offer to fit a CO (Carbon Monoxide) Alarm for only an extra £15 on the same visit.

Materials

All materials supplied by Livgas will be charged at trade price plus 25% mark up.

Material collection

If a non-stock item is required, the full charge will be agreed with the customer in advance of collection and fitting.

Payment

We accept major Debit and Credit Cards. Payment can also be made in Cash.

We no longer accept cheques.

Please do not ask for "cash price" jobs. We are a Limited Company and VAT Registered. We take pride in providing competitive pricing for our Parts and Labour.
